The short version
This website does not ask you for any personal information. It has no forms, no accounts, no newsletter and no tracking. We only receive personal information if you choose to contact us by phone or WhatsApp, or when you visit the shop.
Information we collect
When you message or call us
If you send us a WhatsApp message or call us, we will see your phone number, your name if it is shown on your account, and whatever you tell us, such as the service you want and when you would like to come in. We use this only to reply to you and arrange your visit. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: responding to a request you started.
WhatsApp is run by WhatsApp Ireland Limited, part of Meta. When you use it, WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies to how they handle your messages. Messages are end to end encrypted.
We keep messages and call logs only as long as they are useful for arranging visits, and we delete old conversations regularly. We do not use your number for marketing unless you ask us to.
When you visit this website
Our website is hosted by Vercel Inc. Like any web host, Vercel automatically records basic technical information when you load a page, such as your IP address, browser type and the time of the request. This is used to deliver the site and keep it secure, and is kept for a short period under Vercel's own policies. We do not use it to identify you. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: running a secure website.
The site does not use cookies, analytics, advertising tools or social media trackers. See our cookie policy.
Links to other services
Some buttons open other services: WhatsApp, your phone's dialler, and Google Maps for directions. Nothing is sent to those services until you tap the button, and once you do, their own privacy policies apply.
Sharing your information
We do not sell your information or share it with anyone for marketing. We only share it where the law requires us to.
International transfers
Vercel and WhatsApp may process data outside the UK. Where they do, they state that they rely on safeguards recognised under UK data protection law, such as the UK Extension to the EU and US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to how we use it, and to ask us to restrict its use. To make a request, contact us using the details above. We will reply within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We would appreciate the chance to sort it out first.
Changes
If we change how we handle personal information, for example by adding an online booking form, we will update this notice and the date at the top.
